Friday!

Even with a short week, it was still long!  I did 'Murph' on Monday, Tuesday off, worked out Wed, Thurs and Friday!  Check that out!!  *dancin*

Is it physically impossible to become numb to pain?  I believe so.

Warmup
Jump Rope 2 min
20 Pass Throughs
20 Box Step Ups
20 Good Mornings
20 Situps

Burgener Warmup

WOD
Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes
Alternate:
5 Power Snatch (135/95)  -- 40 some odd lbs.
7 Ring Dips  --- Just regular dips
 
Do snatches first minute, ring dips second minute, snatches third, etc…

I am empowered.  I stretched because I had to take the hubby to work and my right leg froze up, but shooot.  I did it!  *dancin -- again*

Well, I have things to do!  :)  Sorry I haven't responded Jenny.....for some reason my computer won't let me!!!!   :/   rrrrr
